Operations Team

Jon Barilla                                                                                      

Jon has been a part of Orchard Hill since 1995 and became a staff member in 1999. Overseeing the Operations team, Jon seems to have a hand in every Orchard Hill event through maintenance and property management, facilities coordination, and food services. Jon has three children and he and his wife, Merry, live in Wexford.

Joe Demicheli                                                           

Since 2002, Joe has been part-time staff in the Operations Team. He helps to support the buildings and grounds, providing general maintenance and setting rooms for meetings and events. Joe and his wife, Katie, live in Moon Township. They have four adult children and three grandchildren.


Don Runco 
                       
Donnie joined staff part-time in 2004 and continues to spend his free time volunteering in Children's Ministry. He provides support to the Operations Team and can be spotted every Wednesday night manning the Orchard Hill Deli. He lives with his sister and parents in Coraopolis.

Linda Allman

Linda became part of the Operations Team in 2007. She helps to support the building team by providing cleaning services to the entire facility. She enjoys being a part of the ministry.
